For all products purchased at our points of sale and through our website, there is a period of up to 30 days to make changes from the date of purchase, which are made upon presentation of the receipt and/or purchase order, for items from the same collection. Kapura does not issue refunds.

For exchanges, residents of Santiago (Chile) must go to our point of sale located in the Mall Casacostanera to exchange the product. Our sales team will be in charge of inspecting the product to approve its exchange. It is important to note that the product cannot have signs of use and/or deterioration as this will prevent the exchange from being made. Exchange requests after 30 days will not be accepted.

Only one change can be made within 30 days of the ticket being issued. After the first change, no more changes can be made.

For residents in the regions (Chile), you must write to contacto@kapurachile.com with the subject "Product change" to coordinate the process with our customer service team.
